The Municipality of Bolesławiec is joining the purchase of solid fuel (coal) for households located within the city. The local government:

The Municipality of Bolesławiec has submitted a request for two types of hard coal: “nut” and “pea.”

Who will distribute the coal?

In Bolesławiec, coal at a preferential price will be distributed by ZEC (51 Gałczyńskiego Street).

Who will be able to buy coal?

The office: – People eligible for the coal allowance will be able to buy coal from the local government at a preferential price.

For this purpose, an application for the preferential purchase of coal will have to be submitted:

  • at Bolesławiec City Hall – the Customer Service Office in the Town Hall (41 Rynek)
  • or sent electronically to wegiel@um.boleslawiec.pl (the application attachment must be signed using an electronic signature, a personal signature – i.e. with an identity card containing an electronic layer – or a trusted profile),
  • or sent to: Bolesławiec City Hall, 41 Rynek, 59-700 Bolesławiec.

Applications cannot be submitted by telephone.

When will applications be accepted?

Applications will be accepted from November 7, 2022. Bolesławiec City Hall: – Under the regulation, the amount of coal available to one household as part of the preferential purchase is 1,500 kg until December 31 this year and 1,500 kg from January 1, 2023 (based on a new application). An individual in a household who meets the conditions entitling them to the coal allowance is eligible to make a preferential purchase. Over the next few days, we will inform you what needs to be done to purchase coal on preferential terms. The application form will be available from November 7 on the Bolesławiec City Hall website and at the Customer Service Office in the Town Hall (Rynek).
