Maryna and Kornela have been working at the GXO logistics center for several years. Thanks to their skills and the training available, they quickly advanced and can enjoy numerous benefits. Both appreciate the advantages of working in the dynamic logistics industry, opportunities for personal development and positive relationships. They encourage their colleagues to engage in physical activity and read books.

Kornela Baryluk started working at GXO in 2021 as a Warehouse Quality Specialist. Interestingly, she had previously worked as a graphic designer. To this day, she is happy to share advice on photo editing. “I love working with people! Both those who are always smiling and those who are in a bad mood. Every one of them is different, and I get to know each of them anew every day. Training related to leadership and resolving conflict situations helps me with this. There is always something happening in our work, with many varied tasks. Patience, composure, a positive attitude, strong nerves, focus and punctuality are important. I am glad that I can develop and have a positive impact on others. Our team is so close-knit that sometimes we can even complain together, and that is wonderful. And on Fridays, we always meet at volleyball matches!”

Maryna Plakhotnyk started working at GXO in 2020 as a Warehouse Worker. In addition to mandatory safety training, she also took part in the “How to Manage a Team” project and discovered her interest in logistics: “At first, my main goal was to earn money, but later I realized that I was in a good place, with a friendly atmosphere and opportunities for development. My salary fully reflects the work I do, while the additional benefits show the company’s respect for its employees. As a team leader, I have to remain composed in difficult, unpredictable situations and take responsibility for others, which is also useful in my private life. The company’s values are close to me, especially safety and respect. That is why I would recommend this job to my friends. In our team, we can rely on one another; I even have a friend here. Supervisors appreciate the work we do, and I would like to continue developing and gaining experience in people management. I am also happy that I have time for the gym and reading books in Polish.”
