On Wednesday, 2 June, students from the Vocational Construction School in Bolesławiec, under the supervision of the staff of the Labour Corps, went on a trip to Srebrna Góra. The trip was also attended by an educational group from Zgorzelec and participants of the ŚHP in Dzierżoniów.
Organised to mark Children’s Day, the trip was co-financed by the Bolesławiec municipal authorities as part of the implementation of the addiction-prevention programme “Stop! Demoralisation”.
The young people visited the mountain fortress. A guide dressed as a soldier of the 33rd Historical Regiment of Srebrna Góra led the participants around the fortress.
The trip ended with entertainment organised by the participants of the ŚHP in Dzierżoniów. – We will certainly return to this place in sunny weather! – says Małgorzata Wąsik, an HP educator in Bolesławiec.
