On Sunday (6 June), BKS Bobrzanie’s senior team played an away match against Ślęza II Wrocław, who were bottom of the table. It was a so-called six-pointer. It is no secret that if the team wants to remain in the fourth division, it must earn points. The match began well for our team. In the 8th minute, Krzysztof Szymański took advantage of a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper to make it 1–0 for BKS. In the 15th minute, following Szymański’s cross, Chrystian Serkies made it 2–0. In the 56th minute, Michał Krawczyszyn scored a goal for the hosts. That was how the match ended. BKS had several more scoring opportunities. Łukasz Bednarz and Kamil Kozak also took dangerous shots, as did Krzysztof Szymański. The hosts’ goalkeeper was, however, on hand to make the saves. BKS defeated Ślęza II Wrocław 2–1 and, with 33 points, are 10th in the competition table. Our team is temporarily training under the supervision of Marek Przykłota. Coach Leszek Dulat is on sick leave.
Next Wednesday (9 June), BKS will play away against Prochowiczanka Prochowice. Next Saturday (12 June), a derby match between BKS – Chrobry Nowogrodziec will take place in Bolesławiec. The match is scheduled to begin at 17:00.
BKS lineup: Łokaj – Bednarz, Płachta, Kumoś, Janicki, Klimas, Mucha, Szymański (82' Głowacki), Mielnik (90' Kozak), Jasiński (60' Graczyk) – Serkies (88' Nitarski).
