On Thursday, September 29, in the municipality of Nowogrodziec, Bolesławiec traffic police officers stopped a vehicle for inspection after it was travelling at excessive speed. A 58-year-old German citizen was behind the wheel.
In a built-up area, the driver exceeded the speed limit by 57 km/h. He was fined PLN 1,500, and his driving licence was confiscated. For the next three months, the 58-year-old may not drive vehicles in Poland.
