On Friday (28 May), Member of the European Parliament Piotr Borys met with representatives of non-governmental organizations. The meeting, devoted to methods of obtaining EU funds for professional and social activation and education, was led by Wojciech Kasprzyk, the MEP’s assistant. Mirosław Jankowski presented in detail the issues concerning ways of applying for funding from the European Union. In this way, the speaker addressed the points previously raised by Piotr Borys. In addition to 36 people representing associations from Bolesławiec County, Dariusz Kwaśniewski also took part in the meeting. The presidential candidate encouraged attendees to submit applications and seek financial assistance from the EU.
