Bolesławiec police officers are carrying out activities in connection with the persistent harassment of a woman by a 39-year-old man. KPP:
Based on the evidence gathered in the case, the prosecutor decided to bring the suspect to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec. The man was charged with persistently harassing his former partner by, among other things, repeatedly calling her regardless of the time of day or night, threatening, insulting and humiliating her.
The suspect was also placed under police supervision and banned from approaching or contacting the victim.
Let us recall that the Criminal Code provides for up to 8 years in prison for persistent harassment.
