On Wednesday, 26 May, the Bolesławiec Junior High Schools Beach Volleyball Championships were held at the MOSiR Water and Sports Centre. In the girls’ category, the team from GS No. 2 proved best, playing with Jagoda Brakoniecka and Patrycja Drążkiewicz. The champion team’s coach is Tomasz Markowski. The volleyball players from GS No. 3 (Klaudia Czaplicka, Wiktoria Mienculewicz and Paulina Janiec) came second, while representatives of GS No. 1 (Klaudia Ziembikiewicz, Ewa Hapłyk and Kinga Zawrotniak) finished third.
In the boys’ category, the Bolesławiec title was won by the volleyball players from GS No. 2, who played with Łukasz Rogacki, Michał Stańczyszyn and Bartek Klimek. The team’s coach is Tomasz Markowski. The team from GS No. 1 (Jan Wojciechowski, Krystian Kulig and Damian Kamuda) took second place, while the team from GS No. 3 (Adam Kutryba, Piotr Hajdasz and Przemek Król) finished third.
The competition was organised by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre.
