Brazen BMW driving: overtaking at a pedestrian crossing, then running a red light

The incident occurred on 5 August, after 7:00 p.m., on Spółdzielcza Street in Bolesławiec, next to the Shell petrol station.

The driver of a dark BMW broke several traffic laws within a few seconds. We received the video from a reader who stopped before the crossing on Spółdzielcza Street to let pedestrians pass.

Before the reader had stopped his vehicle, the BMW driver began overtaking him. He drove across the crossing, where pedestrians were already present. He then continued straight, passed slower-moving vehicles and drove straight through the intersection from the left-turn lane, for which the red light was on.

The BMW had Bolesławiec registration plates. The Bolesławiec police are already handling the case.
