According to the officers’ findings, the incident occurred in May at one of the schools in Karkonosze County. The spokesperson said: – The 14-year-old forced his classmates to behave in a particular way, threatened and intimidated them. The boy urged the victims to fight.
Police officers are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the case in detail. The family and juvenile court will decide the aggressor’s future.
