Ladies and Gentlemen,
Writing my election programme was no problem for me, because I listen to people and know what they expect. This programme is specific, so it will be easy for residents to check whether I am reliable and whether I have fulfilled everything by the end of my term. My election slogan, “The Gromadka Municipality Unites Us,” expresses my attitude towards the problems of my fellow residents in the municipality. It is worth trusting me because I do not lie, I am not afraid to speak specifically, I have time and plenty of energy to act, I have ideas, but I also listen to people and, if I am wrong, I am not ashamed to admit it. Therefore, after further meetings with voters, I declare that I am abandoning the idea of placing the healthcare centre in Gromadka under the management of a hospital. I only want to conclude an agreement with the hospital on cooperation, in order to have more doctors, including specialists, at the healthcare centre. The rooms left after the former school in Wierzbowa, after GOPS leaves, will be developed in accordance with the residents’ decision. I will consult all important decisions in individual villages with the village council, the village head and the residents.
I have always worked for the community and helped people in difficult times, for example when remote learning was being organised. I have been the organist at the church in Różyniec for over 20 years as a community service, for which I received a medal and a diploma from the Bishop of the Legnica Diocese for work on behalf of the Osła parish. I am supported by outstanding people – Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Cezary Przybylski, Bolesławiec County Head Tomasz Gabrysiak, Hospital Director Kamil Barczyk and Secretary of the Gromadka Municipality Office Tomasz Matyjewicz.
I live in Różyniec and was born in Osła in 1959. I have a master’s degree and management experience – 14 years in a managerial position as a school principal. Since 1998, I have actively participated in the work of local governments. I have been a Gromadka municipal councillor three times. From 2006 to 2010, I was Chair of the Gromadka Municipal Council. During that time, together with Wójt Pawliszczy, we began installing the water supply system in the municipality. We eliminated an illegal rubbish dump in Osła. Thanks to my efforts, we obtained funding from the education reserve to rebuild the primary school in Wierzbowa. During that period, the A4 exit was closed. As Chair of the Municipal Council, I appealed to the Deputy Prime Minister for intervention. Within a month of my initiative, Wójt Dariusz Pawliszczy and Bolesławiec County Head Cezary Przybylski began talks with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways about building an exit. I have documents confirming my words. To be clear – the A4 exit was built by Gromadka Municipal Wójt Dariusz Pawliszczy, and this must not be forgotten; he deserves great gratitude for it. I am currently serving my third term as a councillor of Bolesławiec County Council, and since 2016 I have continuously been Chair of Bolesławiec County Council. As a county councillor, I was in constant contact with the Gromadka Municipal Council. Thanks to my work, almost all county roads in the municipality have already been renovated and pavements have been built. It is particularly worth emphasising that during my terms the issue of the location of the special school, attended by many children from Gromadka Municipality, was resolved. I had a significant influence on the changes that took place at the county hospital, the PKS company is developing, and, most importantly, residents of Gromadka Municipality have been provided with transport to the municipal centre and the county centre. A particularly notable achievement was the construction of the Osła–Stary Łom road (Legnica County). I am currently up to date on matters concerning Gromadka Municipality.
A vote cast for me will improve residents’ safety and living standards in Gromadka Municipality. I will effectively influence economic development and strive to complete the process of connecting all villages to the sewage treatment plant. My priority task is to build access roads to homes.
