We recently reported that the renovation of the façade at 61 Gdańska Street was largely made possible by the apartment owners, who financed the investment in full. It is worth noting, however, that the local government—the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune—has also been supporting the renovation of historic tenement houses for years.
As part of subsidized renovation works, TBS in Bolesławiec renovates façades, repairs and restores historic architectural details and, when necessary, replaces window and door joinery in the common areas of properties.
Thanks to subsidies from the Bolesławiec local government, in just the last twelve months TBS in Bolesławiec completed façade renovations of buildings at the following streets:
- 9 Tysiąclecia Street,
- 10 Kutuzowa Street,
- 13 Kubika Street,
- 13 Willowa Street.
This year, TBS in Bolesławiec will renovate the façades of two more tenement houses it manages, at 6 and 7 Kubika Street. This, too, will be possible thanks to financial support from the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune.
