Several dozen young people, from preschoolers to secondary-school students, regularly train in the gym at Primary School No. 1 in Bolesławiec.
The team is supervised by coach Marek Jaworowski and assisted by his son Patryk, international sports acrobatics instructors.
The atmosphere at the show was exceptional. The children not only demonstrated the skills they had acquired during the classes but also had a great time. The younger children trained with their older teammates, and it was clear how carefully and supportively these sports teams worked. The children spoke of the classes in glowing terms, and their faces showed happiness and joy at having the opportunity to demonstrate their skills.
Marek Jaworowski, born in 1964, began his career with acrobatics classes under the watchful eye of coach Zygmunt Biegaj at the Górnik Złotoryja club in 1974.
Initially, he competed at district and provincial-level events. He later took part in national competitions in men's fours, men's pairs and mixed pairs, winning Polish Championships in these events at the Młodzik, Junior and Senior levels, respectively.
At the beginning of the 1980s, Marek Jaworowski began training in tumbling and went on to win the Polish Vice-Championship in Opole in 1981, followed by the Polish Championship in Puławy in 1982.
In 1980–86, he was called up to the national team in men's fours and tumbling. He ended his sporting career in 1987. Professionally, he makes guest appearances at the Williams Althoff circus. From 2019 to 2021, he collaborated with dance and artistic clubs in Upper Silesia.
Since the 2021 school year, he has led artistic acrobatics classes for the Ocelot Foundation in Bolesławiec. Due to the strong interest among schoolchildren and preschool children, his son Patryk Jaworowski assists him with the classes. Both hold international Sports Acrobatics Instructor qualifications.
