After 16 years on the local market, the Tesco supermarket disappeared from Bolesławiec’s shopping map in autumn 2021. A retail park will be built in its place.
“The site will be redeveloped into a traditional Retail Park,” says Magdalena Maciejak of EDS Retail Park. “The grocery operator will be a store under the rapidly expanding Netto brand,” she adds.
Will there still be a fuel station there?
“Yes. We are currently in talks with operators,” confirms Magdalena Maciejak.
The visualization indicates that there may be a pharmacy and the following stores: Cropp, House, RTV EURO AGD and Diverse—similar to those at the Stary Dworzec shopping park.
