Bolesławiec County received nearly 14 million złoty in the second edition of the Polish Deal. Among other projects, Staszica and Staroszkolna streets will be renovated thanks to the funding.
“The road to Gościszów and the exit from Gościszów toward Lwówek Śląski are the sections in the worst condition, and they will be renovated,” county head Tomasz Gabrysiak said. “Approximately 12 km of county roads will be modernized with the money received,” the county head added.
The nearly 3 million złoty allocated to Nowogrodziec will be used to build a new road to the WSS economic zone in Wykroty and to construct a PSZOK waste collection point in Nowogrodziec.
With nearly 8 million złoty, Gromadka Municipality will expand the water and sewerage network and internal roads in Różyniec, Patoka, Modła, Pasternik, Wierzbowa and Krzyżowa, modernize the municipality’s water and sewerage infrastructure, and purchase a bus for transporting primary school students.
There is also good news for residents of Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka and Ocice in rural Bolesławiec Municipality. More than 7 million złoty will be allocated to expand their schools.
Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality received 8.5 million złoty. Among other things, it will purchase two waste collection vehicles and modernize the sewerage system and pumping stations in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.
Osiecznica Municipality received 5 million złoty. It is the municipality that received the most money per resident from the Polish Deal program. The funding will be used for projects such as photovoltaic panels and heat pumps in buildings owned by the municipality.
