The incident occurred on Tuesday (May 24), at approximately 4:00 p.m., on Jeleniogórska Street in Bolesławiec.
Preliminary findings indicate that a man riding a bicycle lost his balance as a driver in a Toyota was overtaking him. The cyclist struck the vehicle and was taken to hospital.
