The incident occurred last night in the village of Gościszów. We were informed about it by a Reader, who wrote the following in an email to the editorial office:
Gościszów – suicide on a cross.
A man, a resident of our county, probably hanged himself on the cross near the church. According to the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office, there is no indication that third parties were involved.
The police and prosecutor’s office are investigating the case. (An examination of the body will also be carried out.)
