Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained a 31-year-old man suspected of abusing his mother during a domestic intervention. KPP: – The victim was grabbed, verbally abused and humiliated.
The perpetrator had previously been convicted of abusing a woman.
However, that was not all. The man will also answer for violating a court order prohibiting him from approaching and contacting his ex-wife, as well as for making threats against her.
Moreover, the 31-year-old Bolesławiec resident insulted the community police officer who was carrying out official duties involving him.
At the prosecutor’s request, the court ordered the man’s temporary detention for three months. As the Bolesławiec resident is a recidivist, he faces up to 7.5 years in prison.
