If you spot a swarm of bees, for example on a tree, stay calm and do not approach it. People allergic to stings should be especially careful. As we read on the Facebook profile of the Rejonowe Koło Pszczelarzy w Bolesławcu:

If you notice such a phenomenon, you can simply leave it alone; after some time, the bees will move to another place. You can also notify one of the local beekeepers, who will come to “collect” the bees and settle them in one of their hives.

If you do not know any beekeepers, you can report such an occurrence to us via the website; we will try to help find a beekeeper in the area, who may even repay you with a jar of honey.
