The perpetrator and the victim live in the same building. While they were drinking alcohol together, an argument broke out between them.
The altercation moved to the yard, where a scuffle first broke out. During it, the aggressor threw a stone that struck the victim’s wife. Then the 26-year-old went to the kitchen for a knife and attacked the victim with it.
At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court decided to remand the man in custody for three months. Officers: – The man detained for attempting to cause serious bodily harm faces a sentence of up to 15 years in prison, but not less than 3 years.
