KFC will open in Bolesławiec soon. We received a photo from a reader showing that a pole bearing the logo of the well-known American fast-food chain has already been installed next to the building. So, before long, it will be possible to go for breaded chicken at the KFC on Cieszkowskiego Street in Bolesławiec (next to the Lotos fuel station).

As we read in Wikipedia:

KFC, Kentucky Fried Chicken, is an American fast-food chain headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky (USA). It was founded on March 20, 1930, by Harland Sanders, who also developed the blend of spices used for the roasted chicken served at KFC. The company is part of the PepsiCo corporation.

The chain’s first restaurant in Poland opened in Szczecin in November 1995. There are currently 210 Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurants operating as independent establishments; there are also “2-in-1” locations, usually combined with Pizza Hut.

Drive-through restaurants have also been established in Poland, where customers can order and collect meals without getting out of their cars. The exclusive franchisee of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Poland is the European company AmRest Holdings, headquartered in Madrid.
