Today, at around 2:30 p.m., my friend and I went to the Bóbr to talk in peace. Suddenly, we noticed someone standing behind a tree. We deliberately said loudly that we were leaving. We stood up and heard only the rustling of the bushes. Then we saw something we never wanted to see. An older man, with his trousers pulled down to his knees, stood brazenly, looking at us and masturbating. When I started saying something, he did not even move. When a man with a dog arrived, he scared him off, but the man ran only a few metres farther, in the direction in which we were walking. I shouted that I was calling the police, and then he ran away. The matter was reported at the school and will be passed on. I am writing this as a warning and I would very much like you to publicise it. I took a photograph of the disgusting man.
We do not know whether there is one naked man prowling around the Bóbr or several perverts. The police have not caught anyone for years.
