According to police findings, the driver of the Mitsubishi, a 31-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, was leaving a parking lot and failed to yield the right of way to the driver of the Audi. As a result of the collision, the Audi’s driver and passenger were taken to hospital. The incident was classified as a collision.
