The investment involves constructing a new stormwater sewer network draining the former POM area, together with discharging the water into the Bóbr River. The main scope of the investment includes:

  • construction of a stormwater sewer system 370.04 m long,
  • reconstruction of the existing outlet into the Bóbr River,
  • reinstatement and repair of roadway and sidewalk surfaces.

The investment is scheduled for completion on 20 July. The contractor is Sigma Projekty-Instalacje from Bolesławiec. Cost: PLN 904,050.

The works are financed as part of the project “Improving flood safety for the City of Bolesławiec through the modernization and expansion of the stormwater management system”, carried out under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2014–2020 and co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. (Funding amounting to 84.99%).
