A reader informed us about the incident. A woman was lying in front of the entrance to one of the apartment blocks on Jana Pawła II Street in Bolesławiec.
The reader wrote:
Some lady is resting in the room, or rather she is lying drunk under the entrance; the children are afraid to enter the house.
A police patrol and a medical rescue team arrived at the scene. The team attended to the intoxicated woman. After being examined, the 66-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was handed over to her family. The police confirmed that the woman was drunk.
Reminder: if you witness such a situation or something similar, notify the emergency services. A person lying down is not always intoxicated. Sometimes this can happen to someone who has diabetes. At low temperatures, the body can become hypothermic in a short time, and this can end tragically.
