Last year, road construction works, including lighting, were completed in the area of Ptasia–Widok streets. Roads were built along the new streets: Kormoranów, Żurawia, Bażantowa and Skowronkowa. As part of the project, roads with a total length of more than 1,350 m, asphalt pedestrian and bicycle paths, pedestrian and vehicle paths, and lighting were constructed. Forty-nine streetlights were installed in the Ptasia–Widok Street area; the plots are fully serviced, with utilities brought to them. In 2018–2019, a combined sewerage system and a water supply network were built. The street lighting is energy-efficient.
The first unlimited oral tender includes a plot of 0.0911 ha on Żurawia Street, with a starting price of PLN 180,000. Another plot on Skowronkowa Street has an area of 0.0790 ha, with a starting price of PLN 140,000. The next plot, on Bażantowa Street, has an area of 0.0729 ha, with a starting price of PLN 145,000. Another plot, also located on Bażantowa Street, has an area of 0.0779 ha, with a starting price of PLN 155,000.
