Meanwhile, 30 students from Bolesławiec County received support from the Marshal's Office to develop their vocational skills. Nineteen scholarship recipients from Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych were awarded scholarships under the Lower Silesian Scholarship Assistance Programme, aimed at adapting education and vocational training systems to the needs of the labour market. Eight students from Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych also earned this distinction.
One student each from Zespół Szkół Budowlanych, Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych and Zespół Szkół Handlowych i Usługowych was awarded. It should be emphasised that students from district schools are numerous beneficiaries of this form of scholarship support every year, although the recruitment rules do not allow them to use the programme every year.
When awarding the individual scholarship of PLN 4,500, the committee recognised the best aspects of vocational education, such as better adaptation of education and training systems to the needs of the labour market, facilitating the transition from education to employment and strengthening the quality of vocational training systems. The scholarship honours students who achieved an average grade of at least 4.66 in three selected subjects from the group of vocational subjects.
