Readers have informed us that since yesterday, intensified police checks have been underway regarding the covering of mouths and noses in shops and other service establishments in Bolesławiec.
A reader reports that on Tuesday (14 December), police were observing people leaving retail outlets on Kościelna Street. People who left the outlets without wearing masks were asked to show identification and had their details recorded.
A reader informed us about checks on mask-wearing in the retail outlets located in Stary Dworzec Shopping Park in Bolesławiec:
The police are going from shop to shop and issuing fines for not wearing masks.
One of the customers reportedly received a PLN 50 fine.
