Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn established who was responsible for damaging municipal property. During a weekend gathering in December, four teenagers aged 14 to 16 came up with the idea of going to a gazebo located by the bicycle path in Raciborowice Dolne. The boys took an axe with them for a specific purpose. At the site, they struck the gazebo’s structure with the sharp tool, causing PLN 2,000 worth of damage.
The residents of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality were unable to give any reason for their behavior.
The juvenile perpetrators of the punishable act will be held accountable for their actions before the family court.
