During the November session of the Bolesławiec City Council, Mayor Piotr Roman informed councillors that construction work on the Bolesławiec salt graduation tower was under way. He also said that a supply of brine had been secured for the entire coming year. See how the work is progressing:

When will the graduation tower open?

The graduation tower is due to open on New Year’s Day. “In an age of rising numbers of illnesses and so-called long COVID, it is undoubtedly extremely important to use such a graduation tower properly,” P. Roman added.

Let us recall. We reported on the matter last summer. At the time, we wrote:

Great news for those who, for various reasons, will not be going to the seaside this summer to breathe super-healthy air. A salt graduation tower will be built in Bolesławiec, which will certainly help both people suffering, for example, from thyroid diseases and those who have overcome COVID-19.

Around 20 people will be able to use the facility at one time. What is more, visitors will be able to quench their thirst at the graduation tower with healthy Bolesławiec spring water.

Where is it being built?

As many as three locations were considered. Ultimately, the choice fell on the park grounds, right next to the building of the Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna – Centrum Wiedzy.
