It is worth recalling that in August this year, work was completed on the construction of roads, along with street lighting, in the Ptasia–Widok Street area. Roads were built along the new streets:
- Kormoranów,
- Żurawiej,
- Bażantowej,
- Skowronkowej.
As part of the project, roads with a total length of over 1,350 m, asphalt pedestrian and cycling paths, shared pedestrian and vehicle paths, and street lighting were constructed. Forty-nine street lamps were installed in the Ptasia–Widok Street area; the plots are fully serviced, with utilities brought to them. In 2018–2019, a combined sewerage network and water supply system were constructed. The street lighting is energy-efficient.
The first open oral tender includes a plot measuring 0.0803 ha at Żurawia Street, with an asking price of PLN 160,000. Another plot at Bażantowa Street has an area of 0.0742 ha, with an asking price of PLN 146,000. The next plot at Żurawia Street measures 0.0782 ha, with an asking price of PLN 155,000.
