The building was originally supposed to be ready as early as October this year, but that deadline was not met due to access problems. It is now assumed that everything will be ready in December.
It can already be said with complete certainty that the officers from Bolesławiec will have better working conditions. (The facility will provide 6,500 sq m of space, making it four times larger than the station on Zygmunta Augusta Street.) What is more, the building will include a so-called police detention facility: six new cells for detainees. At present, detained individuals are transported to neighboring headquarters. There will also be a room with kennels for dogs.
