Anyone interested may submit proposals for timetable changes or adjustments to train routes by 31 March 2010. Comments should be submitted using the special form available on the website www.koleje.dolnyslask.pl.
Anyone who contacts the office with ideas will receive a response within 14 working days. The exception is ideas requiring special consultations—in such cases, a response should be expected within 28 working days. PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. will stop accepting applications for the allocation of railway routes on 30 April 2010.
A letter containing proposals for changes should include:
- the submitter’s first name, surname and full address (anonymous submissions will not be considered), as well as an email address
- information about the frequency of using rail services and the route most frequently travelled
- the content of the request (e.g. arrival by a specific time, coordination with another train).
