On YouTube, a video was published showing an ambulance driver blocking the way of a car that wanted to overtake it. It all happened on road 94, between Zebrzydowa and Bolesławiec. See for yourselves and decide whether the ambulance driver was creating a hazard on the road.
Let us add that the ambulance was not using its emergency signals and sometimes was travelling very slowly.
