The matter was presented to councillors during the October session of the Bolesławiec City Council by Mayor Piotr Roman:
We have received the first concept for developing the area formerly occupied by the “sandstone” facility.
A housing estate with 530 apartments is to be built on Modłowa Street, near the PKP railway station. The plan is to construct eight five-storey residential buildings. As the mayor of the City of Ceramics emphasized, the entire investment will be carried out using the developer’s funds.
