The matter was discussed during Wednesday’s meeting of the Bolesławiec City Council. As President Piotr Roman informed the councillors, another working meeting was held concerning the Bolesławiec bypass construction project. Ultimately, variant five was selected; it was also supported by three local governments: the City of Bolesławiec, Bolesławiec Municipality and Bolesławiec County.
The roundabout—informally called the “Dino roundabout” by local government officials—is to be built on the newly constructed section of road no. 94, together with a crossing over the railway tracks, bypassing the high-voltage line and connecting, among others, to the road to Chościszowice and road no. 297, beyond the village of Łąka (up to the motorway entrance).
