The competition for the title of Master of Fire of the 23rd Artillery Regiment was held in two stages: theoretical and practical. During the first stage, the competitors took a test of their knowledge of firing and fire direction, combat operations using equipment, surveying, safety instructions, and the exercise and firing program.
During the second stage, at the Żagań Field Training Center of the Land Forces, the competition participants took a practical test of their artillery skills. As a result of the competition, the Master of Fire of the 23rd Artillery Regiment was selected. He was Capt. Łukasz Lenart. The title of first vice-master of fire went to 2nd Lt. Kacper Grejć, while the second vice-master of fire was Lt. Arkadiusz Waśkowski.
After the ceremonial order was read out, the commander of the 23rd Artillery Regiment, Col. Marek Wasielewski, honored the winners with letters of commendation and trophies.
