Police officers from Bolesławiec identified and arrested a person suspected of robbery. KPP:
During a visit to friends, the 31-year-old first stole the documents of a 54-year-old man who was visiting the same people at the same time.
Then, after leaving his friends' apartment, the aggressor attacked the victim. Using physical violence against him, he stole his moped, worth PLN 1,500.
The attacker was arrested. The place where he had hidden his loot was also identified. The vehicle was recovered.
The 31-year-old was charged with two offenses: stealing documents and robbery. He now faces a possible prison sentence of between two and as many as twelve years.
