The incident occurred on Starzyńskiego Street at around 6:00 a.m. According to passers-by, some Stone Age nutcase ran out of the bushes and then apparently practiced throwing a fairly large boulder over a considerable distance.

A moment ago, the same readers informed us that the man suspected of committing this act had been arrested.
The police confirm that a man was arrested in connection with the destruction of property. This is a crime punishable by up to five years in prison.
