Both incidents occurred on Tuesday, September 28, before 8 a.m., on the road between Krzyżowa and Kraśnik. First, the driver of an Alfa Romeo, who failed to adjust his speed to the traffic conditions, lost control of the vehicle and left the road. The car overturned. The 38-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County received a PLN 250 fine.

Then, two vehicles—a Renault and a Škoda—collided nearby. According to the officers' findings, the driver of the latter failed to keep a safe distance and rear-ended the Renault driven by a 63-year-old man. (Both are residents of Bolesławiec County.) The woman driver was fined PLN 250.

Volunteer firefighters from Różyniec about the incident:

7:40 a.m. – dispatch to a road accident between the localities of Krzyżowa and Kraśnik Dolny. Three passenger cars were involved in the incident, carrying a total of four people; fortunately, no one was injured.

This was not the first time this week that two road incidents occurred one after another, roughly in the same place. Let us recall. On the morning of Monday, September 27, two collisions occurred on Widok Street in Bolesławiec. In the first, the at-fault driver was a 69-year-old Volkswagen driver from Bolesławiec County, who failed to yield the right of way to a Škoda driven by a 36-year-old woman from our county. The woman responsible for the incident was fined PLN 300.

Next, a 78-year-old woman from our county, driving a Renault, performed a reversing maneuver incorrectly and hit a Lexus driven by a 53-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. The Renault driver received a PLN 220 fine.
