On Monday morning, 27 September, two collisions occurred on Widok Street in Bolesławiec. In the first one, the driver of a Volkswagen, a 69-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, was at fault because she failed to yield the right of way to a Škoda driven by a 36-year-old woman from our county. The person responsible for the incident was fined PLN 300.
Next, the driver of a Renault, a 78-year-old woman from our county, performed a reversing manoeuvre incorrectly and hit a Lexus driven by a 53-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. The Renault driver received a PLN 220 fine.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The officers are appealing for caution on the road.
