Despite the collection period being shorter than usual, preschoolers from seven Bolesławiec institutions managed to collect a total of 1,252 kg of this hazardous waste.
Who proved to be the best?
The Municipal Public Preschool No. 7 came out on top, collecting 578 kg of batteries. The Municipal Public Preschool No. 1 took second place (208 kg), while Bolesławiec’s “number three” came third (174 kg).
The winners will be rewarded with a trip to Wrocław Zoo. The second- and third-place winners received shopping vouchers for a store of their choice.
