On Tuesday, September 21, a Reader called us:
I’m just driving along Piaskowa Street. And over there on the side, a crew is installing these damn awesome bollards, probably for the parking zone. Just imagine, they’re installing them right in the middle of the sidewalk.
And he added:
So if someone in a wheelchair comes along, they’ll either have to slalom around them or ride with one wheel on the road. A bit embarrassing.
The Reader told us during a phone conversation that he asked the workers why they had positioned the bollards that way. They reportedly replied that they had been instructed to do so.
What do you think? How do you like the Paid Parking Zone? Have you got used to it, or still not? We invite you to join the discussion and vote in our poll.
