The incident occurred on Monday, September 20, in Czerna. After 7 p.m., the driver of a Renault, a 40-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle, left the road and ended up in a ditch. The car overturned.
Fortunately, the 40-year-old driver, who was traveling alone, suffered no serious injuries. However, the case will end up in court because the man was driving despite having his driving privileges revoked.
