– Officers of the Customs and Tax Office in Wrocław are conducting operations aimed at combating illegal gambling. In July and August this year, they inspected premises located in the following counties: Bolesławiec, Góra, Legnica, Oława, Świdnica, Kłodzko, Zgorzelec and Trzebnica, as well as the cities of Jelenia Góra, Wałbrzych and Głogów – reports Agnieszka Rzeźnicka-Gniadek, spokesperson for the Lower Silesian KAS. – In several cases, KAS officers carried out operations with the participation of police officers from Bolesławiec, Góra, Kłodzko, Świdnica, Trzebnica, Wałbrzych, Oława, Jelenia Góra, Zgorzelec and Głogów.

And adds:

A total of 57 illegal gambling machines and cash amounting to more than PLN 40,000 were found at the inspected locations. The seized devices and money were retained as evidence in the case and transferred to a deposit warehouse.

Interestingly, operations resulting in the seizure of illegal gambling machines had already been carried out repeatedly at the inspected locations. KAS adds:
