The incident occurred overnight from Saturday to Sunday. After 11:10 p.m., a woman walked onto the viaduct. She sat near a span that passes over the ring road. After several minutes, just before the police arrived, the woman walked back toward the embankment. When the patrol arrived at the scene, the officers persuaded her to come down from the viaduct.
The woman was handed over to the Emergency Medical Services team and taken to a psychiatric hospital. She said that she herself did not know why she had climbed onto the viaduct.
