UM Bolesławiec:

It is worth recalling that the new facility is intended for 150 children. The kindergarten building will include six groups, each with a full sanitary facility, a meal distribution room, a small gymnasium, a cloakroom for children, a sensory therapy room, and administrative and technical facilities. The building was designed to be energy-efficient and accessible to people with disabilities.

The City Hall adds:

The facility will include, among other things: low-temperature underfloor heating, heat pumps, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, a photovoltaic system, triple-glazed windows and a rainwater tank.

There will also be 50 parking spaces, including four for people with disabilities. The works also include the construction of pavements, a playground, a service yard and fencing around the site.

The works are being carried out by a consortium comprising Zakład Remontowo-Budowlany „Dragon” from Łeba (leader) and Konstruktor Group from Wrocław. Investment cost: PLN 6.765 million. The funds come from the budget of the City of Bolesławiec.
