The collection will continue until 31 October 2021. Donations can be brought to two locations:
- Technika Biurowa at 1 Kubika Street
- Centrum Zmaczyńscy at 13 Grunwaldzka Street
Psychiatry in Poland is underfunded, and there are fewer and fewer medical staff available to care for patients. Equipment and hygiene products are also lacking. The psychosomatic ward for which the Social Committee is organizing the collection is primarily home to elderly and bedridden people who need such supplies in large quantities. That is why we ask each of you for support.
The following items are needed above all:
- paper towels and toilet paper, universal laundry detergent
- foams, washcloths and Seni creams
- soft sportswear (tracksuits and T-shirts)
- duvets, pillows and blankets
- books, crayons, pencils, pens, etc.
- colouring books and board games for adults
- plastic sleeves, plastic folders and binders
The following equipment is also needed:
- anti-bedsore mattresses
- a clothes dryer (Electrolux)
- a 50-inch television
- a satellite dish
- a freestanding clothes dryer
- a radio
- an electric kettle
- standing fans
