The incident took place during the night of August 21–22 in Szczytnica. Two young perpetrators damaged the side mirrors of six vehicles parked in a residential parking lot by kicking and hitting them.
– Based on the information gathered, officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained the two perpetrators – reports asp. szt. Monika Kaleta from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław. – The suspects are residents of the county, aged 18 and 19. The friends had earlier been drinking alcohol together. At night, they went to a store for another drink and then, for no reason and just for fun, damaged random vehicles.
The damage was estimated at over PLN 1,100. The two partygoers could now face a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison.
