Pole dance is a type of dance using a gymnastics pole. It combines gymnastics, dance and fitness. Fit Style Zone trainer Aleksandra Jakubus took part in the performance; she has been training pole dance for around six years. Her students performed with her.
Personal trainer and fitness class instructor Mariusz Szczepanowski presented the audience with an exceptional gymnastics performance using body weight.
At the Fit Style Zone Physiotherapy and Spa town, the offer of the Physiotherapy and Spa centre at 52 Zgorzelecka Street (Termy, first floor) was presented, along with the cosmetics used for relaxation treatments. The Fit Style Zone team provided advice on self-care at every age. Free physiotherapy consultations were also offered, and neck and hand massages were performed. The Fit Style Zone stand was very popular, with queues of people waiting to visit it.
